About Kellyn Irish Setters

Welcome to Kellyn Irish Setters, located in northeastern North Carolina.

We obtained our first Irish Setter, who was from field stock approximately 15 years ago.  Shortly afterward, we acquired our first show female, Sidney, who later became Champion Militza's Tell Me Later.

Our lives have not been the same.  We have been owned by and hooked on Irish Setters ever since. 

Sidney became our foundation bitch, producing  four generations of Champions.

We breed on a limited basis.  All of our animals  are screened according to the current recommendations of our parent club and endeavor to produce beautiful animals, free of genetic health defects, and with sound temperaments.  As members of the Irish Setter Club of America we subscribe to their breeders code of ethics.

Our family is involved with our local club. Denise is currently President of the Irish Setter Club of Greater Richmond.

We have and continue to enjoy every moment with our Setters and the "setter" friends we have made along the way.
